Subject: free ejournals from Indian Academy of Sciences

The Indian Academy of Sciences produces 11 journals, most providing free
fulltext <http://www.ias.ac.in/journals.html>.  Academies of science
around the world seem to be moving in the direction of providing free
access the journals which they publish.  I can't say for sure whether this
is an effort to increase the visibility of science in their home
countries, improve global access to the research of their scientists, or
other factors.  What I can do is applaud what I perceive to be a trend,
thank the academies and societies for their generosity, and do my part in
making these contributions more widely known.

To that end, I've worked my way through the list, adding links to the
specific titles to the Caltech Library System's Online Journal Database
