We have been trying for over a month to get OUP to respond to our requests for necessary changes to their license for on-line access to journals. I was impressed by Richard Gedye's note on Wed. August 12th concerning this license. For that reason, I gave his name to our Purchasing people for the purpose of dis- cussing the license. The Cary NC office has said that only Mr. Gedye can agree to the necessary changes, but we can't seem to get through to him via email. Has anyone else had any luck on this license with OUP - with some other individual? [It is, naturally, the Governing Law portion of the license which are problematic for the University.] Connie Kelley ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cornelia A.
