I wonder if anybody has any experiences with setting up access to the e-journals of the American Chemical Society. We are looking at Option B at the moment but I have problems with the "Use by others through ILL" - section: ".... The Licensee is responsible for keeping records to show the number of ILL requests fulfilled from each title to the ACS Web editions and the name of requesting library ... The Licensee shall send ACS a report once each quarter ... " Has anyone come across something similiar in a license agreement? I would be very grateful about any feedback concerning experiences with the American Chemical Society on that subject in general. Thanks!
