The workshop will examine: * licensing arrangements generally * what uses of works can be made through a licensing agreement * sublicenses and secondary rights * moral rights * compensation (the value of electronic rights) * duration of a licensing agreement * ownership of works * revocation of rights in certain circumstances * credits * warranties and indemnities. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Lesley Ellen Harris is a Copyright and New Media Lawyer with clients ranging from individual creators to governments, associations, unions and corporations.
