In case any of our liblicense-l readers were wondering (and I know some of you were), Yale's listproc software glitched Big Time and was more down than up over the last 10 days or so. It's now back in business. I'm sending this message out as a welcome back and a test, and if it works, I'll filter through the 15 or so messages that accumulated as bounces over the past days. I'll do the re-sending over the next couple of days. To re-send the messages, I'll have to edit out a lot of bounce and rejection headers so by the time the messages reach liblicense-l, they will be clean -- but the headers will show that they originated with me and not with you, the senders. Apologies for this. And if we missed a time-sensitive message, please forgive. You see, it was impossible to send out a note to the list saying the list was down and so -- CATCH-22. Best regards, Ann Okerson Ann.Okerson@yale.edu
