Regarding the proposed Article 2B of the Uniform Commercial Code, I just
attended an excellent, in-depth three day conference on the topic at UC
Berkeley. The conference web site contains some useful information and for
all I know if you write to the sponsors you may be able to purchase a copy
of the proceedings which contained many important and useful papers on a
variety of 2B issues. Some of these articles may be posted on-line now or
in the future. The conference web site is located at:
