To Liblicense-l readers:

If you receive this message, please note that liblicense-l has gotten
cranky for some reason.  As of last Thursday, the listproc stopped sending
out messages to the list.  Our tech specialists suspect that a message
with a nasty or undesirable component, such as an unrecognizable character
or character string is the culprit and are trying hard to untangle the
mess and release the materials in the queue.

Quite how long this will take, we cannot say.  In the meanwhile please
accept our apologies and enjoy the respite.
