Re: liability language

The recent amendments to the Canadian Copyright Act exempt libraries,
schools, archives and museums from liability for illegal photocopying on
copy machines on their premises if they post a sign in a specific spot
with specific wording (to be set out later in regulations.)  However, the
institution must have a license agreement with a reprography/photocopying
collective.
