"reasonable efforts"

Molly Sherden, partner at Peabody & Arnolod, Boston, MA who specializes in
copyright/license law uses the word "good faith" in the contract clause
dealing with "Limit of Liability".  In the area of law, "reasonable
efforts" and "good faith" are just enough to keep everything open-ended. 
I don't think you would want to get much more specific as then a court of
law could definitely go after someone if they did not enforce each point.
