Re: Nondisclosure - a pet peeve
I know Stanford University is a private institution, but can anyone explain to me why Stanford Libraries/HighWire Press requires non-disclosure statements from non-profit publishers seeking online publishing at their site? What is their reasoning behind keeping these numbers secret?
