Here are a couple of hybrid models that might fall under several
variations of several categories proposed by Ann: 

--e cost or print cost reduced or credits received, contingent on keeping
the content in multiple formats. (e.g. PsycInfo, PsycLit, Psyc Abstracts) 

--e cost at two different fixed rates contigent on a restricted number of
local IP addresses or an unlimited number of local IP addresses (e.g.
Internet Securities)
