Re: Fair Use Assumptions

Arguably, in UK law, if a contract tries to cut down someone's right 
to fair deal, then the particular clauses could be struck down by a 
Court because they are  "unfair", the point being that to fair deal 
is a fundamental human right (!?), and no contract can remove that 
right.

Now, all we need is someone rich enough to test this in a Court of 
law.
