Re: list of OA journals indexed by SCI

The University of Pretoria has compiled a list of Open Access 
journals which are either in the Web of Science, the IBSS 
(International Bibliography of the Social Sciences) or an 
Approved South African journal list. The list is called AOAJSA 
(Accredited Open Access Journals South Africa) and can be viewed 
here : http://www.library.up.ac.za/aoajsa.htm

Although it is not exactly what you had in mind, it might also be 
useful for you.
