Announcing the 3rd Conference on Open Access Scholarly Publishing

OASPA is pleased to announce the 3rd Conference on Open Access 
Scholarly Publishing, which will be held in Tallinn, Estonia, 
from September 21st to 23rd at the Swissotel

The detailed conference program as well as information about 
registration and accommodation will be posted to the OASPA 
website <http://www.oaspa.org/> in the next couple of weeks.

The two previous COASP meetings (videos of which are available at 
<http://river-valley.tv/conferences/oaspa-2009/> and 
<http://river-valley.tv/conferences/oaspa-2010/> were incredibly 
successful in bringing together a wide range of stakeholders, 
including publishers, librarians, scholars, learned societies, 
and research funders in order to discuss the rapidly evolving OA 
landscape. As with these two previous meetings, COASP 2011 aims 
to highlight many of the emerging trends within Open Access 
publishing, and foster interactive discussions through a number 
of breakout sessions.

Although the conference program is still being finalized, we are 
pleased to announce the following list of speakers:
