Rick: 1. Reasonably comprehensive for *Academic* consortia in the US (but lists other countries as well) http://www.library.yale.edu/consortia 2. The annual American Library Directory has a huge section of these -- hundreds. 3. The ALA-LNCC project attempted to do a complete inventory about 3 years ago. You can find it online but it seems to offer only a search box, rather than a listing of the entire database. Good luck!
