Transcript of Charleston presentation

I gave a presentation at the Charleston conference in November 
and was asked to provide the transcript for publication in a 
festschrift for Gordon Graham.  The title is "Publishing after 
the Apocalypse."  The essay has just gone online and is viewable

Some very good pieces in this collection.  Gordon is quite a guy.
