Members on this list will be familiar with the Berlin Declaration on Open Access. Well, another Berlin Declaration was just promulgated, but the intent is precisely the opposite of BDOA. Take a look: http://berlindeclaration.eu The latter is a policy statement from the commercial press. Among other things (there are five points, hence more humble than Woodrow Wilson), it calls for strong copyright laws. I wish organizations would come up with unique names--and trademark them.
