I just posted on the Scholarly Kitchen about some of the limitations of Google Ebooks for literary classics: http://bit.ly/eH2FGp I had read Geoffrey Nunberg's comments on the Google digitization project before and nodded assent, but it was only when I embarked on a project to read all of Jane Austen in the Google ereader that I appreciated what a mess Google has made of this. I wish there were some way to get Google to fix this. Joe Esposito
