* Announcement (cross-posted) * I just mailed the March issue of the SPARC Open Access Newsletter. This issue takes a close look at six recent watershed events in the progress of OA. It also summarizes reader-suggested words and phrases for author-side openness, to complement "open access" for reader-side openness. The roundup section briefly notes 105 OA developments from February, and a new section offers a few excerpts from SOAN five years ago this month.
