Fran and others - apparently UT has taken down the second link I mentioned below. When I truncated to http://www.utsystem.edu/ogc/intellectualproperty, I used their search box and input licensing as a term. 1700 hits were returned, and this one looks like it might fit: http://www.utsystem.edu/ogc/intellectualproperty/licrsrcs.htm.
