Please join us for the Conference for Entrepreneurial Librarians: >From Vision to Implementation (http://zsr.wfu.edu/entrelib), March 10-11, 2011, on the campus of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. Keynote speakers are Mary Ellen Bates of Bates Information Services and Tim Spalding of LibraryThing. These dynamic entrepreneurs will share their ideas on entrepreneurial skills and building successful business enterprises. The early bird registration price of $110 is available through Monday, Jan. 31. The conference provides a forum to: *Share and celebrate the entrepreneurial accomplishments of librarians and information professionals *Inspire innovative thinking *Create a community that promotes entrepreneurial practices. Breakout sessions offer a variety of presentations from information professionals who started their own companies and librarians who have implemented innovative practices in their libraries. The conference is sponsored by the libraries of Wake Forest University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
