I'm curious about language used to accommodate access to licensed materials by reference staff external to the organization. Are there libraries that have felt the need for including permissions for this particular use in their agreements? Has there been any vendor reaction to opening resources to use by 24/7 staff, given policy that, in theory, should limit materials to authorized users of given institution?
