It would support the idea of an archival print format. If the smaller print is the preferred way to do this then why not move into something akin to the older format of "microcard". Sure, the format is not easily eye readable, yet neither is this condensed format. They could reduce it even more to say 4 pages on a singe 8 1/2 x 11 format. The print & paper would still be stable. For archival purposes this is better than electronic or microfilm/fiche.
