CIC Libraries Reject New Scientific American Site License

"Following the lead of the small colleges in the Oberlin Group, 
the library directors of the member universities in the Committee 
on Institutional Cooperation (CIC), have expressed their 
opposition to Nature Publishing Group's new site-license pricing 
for Scientific American and have begun to cut their 
subscriptions."
