Hi, All; Apologies if this is in the archives and I have overlooked it. Cannot seem to locate the discussion on this matter though I believe we talked of it before. For those of you operating in a consortium or multi-institution environment, when you negotiate agreements do you have the capability of binding all members? If so, what language do you use? If not, have you come across a vendor who has such a requirement and will otherwise not allow access? Appreciate any help you can provide!
