Readers, I'm seeking studies on access to the scientific literature in developing nations. Specifically, have interventions (such as HighWire, TEEAL, Hinari, OARE, and others) had an effect on researchers in these countries? I am not looking for case studies or personal testimonials, but rather larger empirical studies on readership or citation behavior. Please respond to me off-list. Thank you! --Phil Philip M.
