Oxford Scholarship Online COUNTER Reports

Dear Colleaques,

I have problem with OSO counter reports *(Book Report 2 Number of 
Successful Section Requests by Month and Title)*

According to this report I have to see the chapters which my 
patrons have read, but instead of this I see only OSO subjects 
but not chapters from books. Is it normally or there is a mistake 
on this report? Thank you--
