**with apologies for cross-posting** The Public Knowledge Project would like to remind interested participants that the call for papers deadline of January 15, 2009 for the second international PKP conference to be held from July 8-10, 2009 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada is approaching. More information on conference topics and audiences is available on the conference website at: http://pkp.sfu.ca/ocs/pkp/index.php/pkp2009/pkp2009/schedConf/cfp Conference registration is also open on the website. The first PKP conference held in 2007 was oversubscribed so registrants are encouraged to register early for the 2009 event. Early bird rates are also available until June 8, 2009. PKP welcomes inquiries from prospective conference sponsors.
