It brings WHO's information to the world, providing technical content to governments, NGOs, the UN and the general public. It houses and maintains WHO's intellectual property, and provides access to this work through its library services. It advocates for multilingual publishing, and licenses external translations of the Organization's output. It builds capacity within the Organization on writing, editing, publishing and the use of evidence. KMS encompasses the WHO Press and the WHO Library.
