**Apologies for cross posting** The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has recently participated in a case study with Accucoms to illustrate how outsourcing its sales, marketing and customer service functions has helped to fulfill its mission to expand the reach of its content and improve children's health around the world. Many of their library customers have welcomed the move and have benefitted from having a local point of call for their sales and customer support enquires. We thought members of the list would be interested in reading about the AAP's experiences. The case study can be found at: http://www.accucoms.com/about/AAP_AccucomsCaseStudy.pdf Tracy Gardner On behalf of Accucoms BV
