Of possible interest to the list. Apologies for cross posting. Please see below for a message to be sent to all informaworld administrators. Best wishes Ashleigh Bell Taylor & Francis Group Ashleigh.Bell@tandf.co.uk __________________________________________________________________ Update on Acquisitions: Lawrence Erlbaum Associates and Haworth Press Dear Subscribers, I am delighted to give you an update on the two major acquisitions the Taylor & Francis Group is currently incorporating. I hope this helps to confirm channels of communication should you need any help with your accounts during this period of transition. Lawrence Erlbaum Associates Diary date 1st April is the date that we plan to put redirects in place from www.leaonline.com to www.informaworld.com. The redirects will be stable, but we advise users to update their catalogue with links to subscribed titles on informaworld. A list of journals and their new URLS can be found at www.informaworld.com/lea. Usage statistics Further to our earlier communication, we have arranged for the LEA Online client site to remain available to library account administrators until 30th June 2008. This will allow customers to download usage statistics from LEA Online up to the point of transition. We are exploring how to incorporate LEA Online usage statistics on informaworld, although we do not yet have a scheduled date for their availability. Backfile access Taylor & Francis' backfile access policy allows users to access content back to 1997 with a current subscription. In some cases, LEA's policy allowed access to a deeper backfile. Going forward, all new LEA current year subscriptions will follow the Taylor & Francis Group policy of allowing backfile access to 1997, where available. Those subscribers who held a subscription to an LEA title with extended backfile access during 2007 will retain their current backfile access so long as they hold a current subscription to a title. A list of journals, and the access ranges currently permitted by LEA is available at: www.informaworld.com/mpp/uploads/lea-pre-1997 Communication Access to former LEA titles should now be available via your institution's account at www.informaworld.com. If you are experiencing any access difficulties, please contact support@informaworld.com and our online team will be very happy to assist. If you have a subscription enquiry, or have experienced any difficulty with renewing your LEA subscriptions this year, please contact our customer services team directly at tf.enquiries@informa.com.* Alternatively, we can help you with any subscription problems via your agent. Moved titles Three former LEA journals will not be available via informaworld**: Annals of Behavioral Medicine has moved to Springer: http://www.springer.com/public+health/journal/12160 Journal of Consumer Psychology has moved to Elsevier: http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find/journaldescription.cws_home/713950/desc ription#description Any questions you have regarding these titles should be addressed to the new publisher. Communications Yearbook will be published as a book under the Routledge imprint http://www.routledge.com/books/Communication-Yearbook-32-isbn97804159885 99 Haworth Press Current Access We have scheduled the move from www.haworthpress.com to www.informaworld.com for early 2009. Until that date, access will continue to be available via the Haworth site. Details of a confirmed transfer date will be circulated during this year. Communication Customer service and technical support for Haworth titles is now available via Taylor & Francis. We have dedicated lines of communication to assist with customer queries during this transitional period, and customers should expect a professional response. Issues regarding online access to haworthpress.com should be directed to haworthpress@taylorandfrancis.com. Customers should direct orders and questions for Customer Service to tf.enquiries@informa.com.* We also have dedicated sales representatives who will be very happy to help customers. Details of how to contact your local representative are available at http://www.tandf.co.uk/libsite/salesteam.asp. We have worked hard to minimise the impact of the transition of the LEA and Haworth lists, and would like to thank our customers for their patience during this period.
