Dear Mr. Moses, I participated your survey because I think it's a good idea to get some insight in this issue. To my astonishment and all of a sudden I was member of Survey monkey with a basic license and basic fee. I'll be careful the next time I fill in your surveys, perhaps you can mention this to Survey Monkey. I'm not amused by the way this works.
