Dear Duygu KIZILASLAN The best way to bring the edocs to the attention of the users is index each and every one of them and make them searchable from the library opac. It is necessary to index each paper in a conference/journal which available in the library in the electronic form If the copyright/access license permits you can also provide online access to the edocs from the opac. If the number of electronic documents avaialble in the library is large in number think of a way to download metadata from online sources and create catalogue records Try to include abstract for each paper indexed Once the users get the feel of online access to the edocs they will love to use them bye Narayanan kutty Circulation in Charge VSSC Library ISRO PO Trivandrum, Kerala, India
