Promoting electronic resources

Colleagues,

I am hoping to get an idea of what other libraries are doing to
promote electronic resources to their users. It seems to me that
electronic resources are often underused simply because users are
unaware of them or what they contain. What has your library done
to promote electronic resources to your users? I am interested in
hearing from academic libraries.
