Page charges / colour charges

Does anyone know of a directory of page charges and colour 
charges for each journal or publisher?

It is bad enough trying to keep track of all the different paid 
OA option costs, but researchers here have asked me to prepare a 
list also showing page, colour and other miscellaneous charges 
for their favourite journals.

Has anyone does this work and willing to share?
