*Apologies for cross-posting* Please find below an announcement from Oxford Journals which may=20 be of interest to the list. Oxford Journals to publish four new mathematics titles in 2007 5 February 2007 Oxford Journals have today announced the purchase of four=20 mathematics journals from Hindawi Publishing Corporation:=20 International Mathematics Research Notices=20 International Mathematics Research Papers=20 Applied Mathematics Research Express International Mathematics Research Surveys The titles immediately join the Oxford Journals mathematics list,=20 which has seen significant growth in the last year. The list=20 includes some of the world's most highly read titles across a=20 broad range of mathematical disciplines, including prestigious=20 titles in pure and applied mathematics, as well as statistics and=20 related disciplines. Together, the four titles cover articles of high current interest=20 in all areas of mathematics. All are fully peer-reviewed, and=20 will be offering rapid publication online. International=20 Mathematics Research Notices (IMRN), the lead title of the four,=20 is currently in its 17th year of publication, publishing around=20 4500 pages a year. Catherine Morgan, Editor, Mathematics and Physical Sciences,=20 Oxford Journals, commented: "We're delighted to be able to offer=20 our customers access to these important titles. "The new publishing arrangement will result in several key=20 developments, including a new and cohesive online platform for=20 the journals, availability of articles in html as well as pdf=20 format, and greater accessibility to journal content. Importantly=20 however, we will be continuing to ensure rapid editorial and=20 publication processes, and are working to ensure a seamless=20 transition from Hindawi to Oxford Journals for all customers". Dr Morris Weisfeld of Duke University, Editor in Chief and=20 Founding Editor of the four journals, commented: "The purchase by=20 Oxford Journals, with its vast resources and experience,=20 initiates a new era for these journals: a golden one. IMRN is a=20 mature journal and its growth paces the overall growth in=20 mathematics research papers. IMRP dealing exclusively with long=20 papers is growing rapidly. IMRS is just starting up and needs a=20 few years to be fully established. AMRX has the greatest=20 potential and mammoth growth is expected." Subscriptions to the journals will remain at 2007 prices stated=20 by Hindawi. Access to the full archive of the IMRN dating back to=20 1991 will be available online.
