I know the question of providing hot links to e-journal articles via E-reserve services has been discussed in the past. I also see that there is the following language in the Standard License Agreement on the Liblicense web site _ "Electronic Reserve._ Licensee and Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials for use in connection with specific courses of instruction offered by Licensee and/or its parentinstitution."
Generally has the above language been adopted by vendors when negotiating the license for a particular database or e-journal package?
We have a number of licenses that we set up before our e-reserve service was established. Have you gone back to each agreement and updated to include the above language?
