Beginning on January 1, 2007, educators at institutions with Enterprise-Wide access may make multiple hard copies of journal content for the purpose of classroom use. An extension of the Enterprise-wide benefit of simultaneous access, materials published electronically by the University of Chicago Press, Journals Division may also be placed on e-reserve by members of institutions with unlimited concurrency Enterprise-Wide subscriptions. All other copying for classroom and educational use beyond the fair-use provisions of Section 107 of the Copyright Act of the U.S. requires written permission from the University of Chicago Press.
