With apologies for cross posting - news this good just has to be shared!
This is so much going on in open access, it's hard to keep up with it all!
Here is one way of looking at what is happening with the mandates - so far in October, 6 mandates have come into effect (4 RCUK mandates, and expanded Wellcome Trust Mandate, and a new mandate from Austria). That is more than one per business day so far this month! Just goes to show the enormous strides being made in this key area...
