I am an MLS student at Southern Connecticut State University and am taking a class on electronic resources management. I am looking for examples of "best practices" for the formulation of electronic resource collection development policies by small libraries working together in consortia. These "best practices" will serve as a model to me of how real librarians in the real world tackle this issue. Thanks in advance for your help, Deborah Hilts
