In addition to Donald Taylor's remarks... Duke University Press may need to publicize the switch to HighWire Press which occurred over the past year. Also, you have licensed many of your titles to EBSCO and ProQuest in aggregator databases (though there are embargo periods) and there may be budget decisions based on that. Gail C.
