New issue of ScieCom info

{Apologies for cross-posting]

A light summer version of ScieCom info, with just two articles in 
English. One is a report from the NCSC2006 and the other is a 
presentation of professor John B Thompson and his research on 
scholarly publishing, with specific focus on the humanities and 
the decline of the scholarly monograph.
