A secondary purpose was to develop a powerful methodology, deep log analysis, by which would accurately establish this. The subject of the study was Nucleic Acids Research (NAR), which=20 moved to a full open access model in 2005. Initial research=20 showed that, indeed, there had been a very spectacular increase=20 in use in NAR over the last few years but that this can be=20 attributed to a whole range of factors of which OA is just one.=20 Recent work has concentrated on establishing the relative impacts=20 of these factors in driving-up NAR usage in preparation for=20 rolling out the analysis to other journals and other subjects. 15:00: Panel discussion: the implications of the Oxford Open=20 research findings 16:00: Closing summary and coffee 16.30: END Registration for this event is now open The conference fee is =A395, with concessions for developing=20 countries available.
