Dear Julie, Even if publishers are Counter-compliant, it is _not_ yet possible to compare publishers! See Philip M Davis's article, at: http://arxiv.org/pdf/cs.IR/0602060 At the moment, the "comparable" part of the Counter motto is a goal still to be acheived.
