The problem is actually on the Amazon.com site rather than Amazon.co.uk. 
While the original wording has been improved (after, I believe, pressure 
from Blackwell) this did not remove the problem.  ALPSP, ASA and IPG have 
written a joint letter to Amazon (who have not had the courtesy to reply), 
and I believe that other associations have also written to them
