Hi Tom, I'm surprised that you don't have those stats. Please accept my apologies. We certainly can and do make this information available to libraries and consortiums to help them evaluate the benefits of renewal. Librarians can get access to the basic historical information about publications by their authors at any time by logging in to My BioMed Central: http://www.biomedcentral.com/my/subscriptions/ We can also provide more detailed statistics when it comes to renewal. I will follow up and make sure that you receive this information asap.
