Very nice piece in The Economist on Open Access, changing economics, and peer review:

This is a subscription site. Members of this list will find little new information in the article, but it is noteworthy nonetheless for where it was published. The article notes that OA is likely to alter the peer review process over time, as research becomes increasingly collaborative.
