Scottish Public Library Consortium Chooses Xreferplus Eight public library systems now provide access to vast online reference collection Boston and London, July 19, 2005 - Xrefer, provider of online reference services to libraries worldwide, is pleased to announce that a consortium of public libraries in Scotland have chosen the Xreferplus Ready-Reference service for their users. Eight library systems in total have chosen to purchase access to Xreferplus to provide online reference material for their library users for an initial period of two years.
