The world's largest particle physics laboratory, CERN, has just adopted
and registered its Open Access Policy at:

http://www.eprints.org/signup/fulllist.php
Over 40,000 of CERN's research articles is now OA, and this will soon
approach 100%

two policy documents on 1)Self archiving and 2)Publishing in OA journals.
