The publishing partnership will commence in January 2006 and includes the ICA's flagship publication, the Journal of Communication, the top-ranked Human Communication Research, Communication Theory, and Journal of Computer Mediated Communication. The titles will continue to publish with Oxford University Press through the end of 2005. Close to 3500 members belong to the ICA whose main interest is the study of all aspects of communication. Member scholars are dedicated to promoting research and bringing the results of that research to bear on problems and issues of society.
